Coconut juice. It's a perfect electrolyte drink to replace all the lost ones from vomiting.

MooBeeMa, we're better, except for my mom. Thanks for the tip on the Kombucha, don't think I've ever heard of it, but I'll willing to try anything. Hope you're doing well.

Ginger (ale, capsules) or peppermint (tea, candy) are great for stomach upsets. How nasty that all of you have suffered with this virus!

I also take de-odorized garlic capsules (Kyolic) for everything. Garlic is an all-purpose herbal medicine; it's antibiotic, anti-viral, and anti fungal. It's also good for the heart. :~D

hmm, good to know- I will try these. Thankfully, we do not have a use for them right now. We always just had ginger ale. I make ginger tea with lemon and honey as well- good for sore throats and coughs as well.

Sorry to hear about the virus. I hate those things!
I always drink ice cold 7-Up and sip through a straw. Don't drink, sip.
