Renae, thank you. I was playing with the new camera on this day.

Tipper, the hike was so fun! No new feathers, but a few bones were found.

Mandi, you are so right, it "never gets old." And feathers are truly amazing, one of God's fascinating creations.

halfmoon girl, I would personally have passed this feather up. Nothing special looking about it to me. But once Little L picked it up and thought it was great, it became great.

Julie, thanks, hope to hear what happens.

e-Mom, thank you, that means a lot coming from a much better photographer than myself.

First of all - cool picture! It's a true stock photo!!

Second- We found our dream home out near you on 5 acres - but the catch is simply that we have to sell ours...be praying!!! 20 plus realtors march through our home tomorrow morning on their weekly tour. What a dream if it worked out, but if not, I will remain content in my city life.

Blessings friend!

That is great! Nature is always fascinating and never gets old. I still love to find a feather and watch the individual strands line up perfectly when I smooth it out and then mess it all up again! ( :
I guess I am still a kid at heart eh?
