Dear Father Boutros,

You are a man of courage like John the Baptist. A wrong is a wrong is a wrong irrespective of the person involved. One cannot have two set of rules for people. A religion that is not critical of itself is dead religion. That is why Islam needs authoritarian regimes to keep people under control. May your tribe increase. Train many a people to do the same.

Is there a Christian who doesn't love and admire this precious spirit? Muslims often confuse the hatred and rejection of Islam, with rejection of them as individuals. Because they are the primary victims of Muhammad's foul teachings, those who expose Islam show far more love for the Muslims than the ummah can. It is the eternity of each Muslim soul which is at stake, and God is not willing that any should perish, but all come to repentance and salvation through Christ. Botros is in the prayers of millions, knowing that when he goes home, God will ordain another voice to lead the Muslims to salvation. God bless and protect Botros, and bless his every effort with new apostates of Islam. Amen

e-Mom, thank you for stopping by to read this. It's news to you because it's not on the news! haha. I have to find other news sources than mainstream outlets like CNN which generally have a liberal spin.

Mrs. Darling, so now that I told e-Mom that I don't hear this from CNN, I'll tell you where I do hear it. First, I read an article about Zakaria Botros in World Magazine, which I referenced in my post. World Mag. is sort of a Christian/conservative answer to Time Magazine - and a wonderful publication, very much worth subscribing to. Once I had the initial information, the rest is just simple research. Do a Google search on Botros, don't rely on Wikipedia, look for other sources that are sympathetic to a Christian worldview.
