I love organizing and have always wanted to be a professional organizer, in fact I drive my family nuts because I am forever finding a better way of organizing our 'stuff' - just when they think they know where something is I have moved it to a 'better' spot. I have done small scale candy making for selling and have considered, slightly, the possibility of doing cookies (I usually bake them to give them away).
