Hmmm, I say, what is this slick, button-y surface and colorful pixeled screen?
Oh, I see, if I grip the keys just so, and push….
Now, that was pretty simple, and it only took me about 4 billion years to figure out. Or not.
p.s., the lady of the house was really freaked out to see her little girl’s pet lizard taking over her laptop computer. My sincere apologies and lizardly regrets for causing such a commotion. Well, being so evolved and all, I enjoy the cinema as well as computers, so I’m off to the movies.
very cute post! He looks engrossed! I am just making some tea- my hubby and I are watching a movie and we are having a short intermission- I am going to come back to read about strawberry tea. My daughter and I like to put on teas and invite some ladies over- it has been awhile and I am hoping you give us some new ideas.

e-Mom, my daughter is the greatest animal lover I have ever seen. For quite a while, it was Daddy Longleg spiders that she was crazy about (from ages 3-4), so I’m quite happy to have moved on to lizards. She catches them at our property, keeps them for several days, then lets them go. Yes, a 6 year old girl who can catch lizards better than anyone else in the family.

Jane, If I can make it out tomorrow, I have a tea to go to! There’s a gracious lady here who hosts teas once a month or so and I love it when I get to go!

Lizards For Intelligent Design and Creation Unite!! The Expelled Movie was quite good, my lizard friends. But I confess that I really do have a small brain incapable of computer maneuvers and cinema enjoyment, and this was all staged by my owner, not the result of evolution.
Too awesome! How does the lizard work out as a pet? I hate doing fish and hubby is allergic to dander.

Anne, cool, I’m glad to provide some new entertainment. :-)
Heather, lizards are really low maintenance. No fish tank to keep clean! This one, a blue belly (Western Fence Lizard), can live up to three years. My daughter keeps hers in a big bucket, the kind I store bulk foods in, like 25 lbs. of flour will fit in. The lizard can’t climb up the slick sides. Just dirt, rocks, and a few other play things. Feeds on little crickets and other insects which we just find outside. And this lizard loves to be held - she carries him around everywhere!
Aren’t you clever you intelligent little lizard! So glad that the movie was so eye-opening for you. I am sure it must have been very confusing not knowing from whence you came. ( :
Can’t wait to go see the movie myself.
Oh and a good recommendation for your little lizard children is the Jonathan Park Creation Adventure Audios - great science apologetics for kids!

Mrs. Darling, I hear ya!
Tipper, it’s a joy to see my children enjoying God’s creation.
Mandi, thank you SO much for the tip on the Jonathan Park series. Let me know if you ever see these discounted or on a swap board. Blessings!

EEekk!
My girls love to catch lizards-spring lizards, blue tails or the ones that look like little dinosaurs. Cute satire.
