hey Jen.
i was wondering if it's possible that you have foto's of your strawberry tea party? See i am a 17-year old student of high school lydenburg and i have hotel & hospitality studies.I have to do a task on a tea party and your strawberry tea was just sounded like a great idea to me. so if you could maybe help me by telling me more about your party and maybe e-mailing me foto's of your tabel setting.

This sounds thoroughly delightful Jennifer!

I grew up on tea parties like this (in Canada) and to my surprise, my daughter has become a confirmed Anglophile. She even took a year out of college to spend in Yorkshire, England working in a church.

It's a lot of fun to celebrate our British heritage, even though there are those in this country who would really rather ship their tea overboard!

Enjoy!

Heather, thanks - I haven't tried the tea concentrate yet, because I've never had to serve tea to 50 people!

Renae, your girls would love this, I know. This sounds right up your alley, my friend!

Stephanie, thank you, I love the phrase "delicious fun!"
