So...by eating the ice cream, you reduced your stress level and consumed far less calories. Good for you! You are wise to have eaten that ice cream. The organic part - just means that while I still get the full serving of fat, it's without any added hormones, antibiotics, etc. And I actually don't always buy organic, just when I can afford it, and this ice cream I picked up at the local Grocery Outlet because it was close to date.
