I had NO idea there were so many winter carnivals around the world. Where have I been? The Sapporo Snow Festival looks awesome. Have you heard of the Quebec Winter Carnival? The 400th Quebec Bonhomme Carnaval will be held in Quebec City from Feb. 1-17. It looks like a wonderful time of family fun.
