Thank you, again, to you wonderful bloggers who gave me these awards! The idea is to present these awards to up to 5 other bloggers, but I just nominated two per category in the interest of my time. Laura, I was disappointed after last night….but congratulations to the Boston Red Sox. The Rockies, however, have much to be proud of - they had an incredible, miraculous season!
Renae, thanks. I do see a problem, though, and I’m a little slow to notice this. I gave a pink bow, flower filled award to Michael - that’s not good, is it? I don’t think a man would appreciate that. I’m in need of a more manly Nice Award button. :-)

Thanks so much for the award and kind words. I appreciate all that you share about your family’s experience on your blog, particularly since I was born & bred in the suburbs.
Though we did have a family farm via my mom’s family in Denver, CO. So we share any sense of mourning you may be having over the Rockies loss….

Oh, I think it is okay to give a pink flowery shoe to a man, if he is man enough to take it. He can always give it to his wife or mother. :)
